Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to join our team and support daily operations in our store and warehouse at Macdonalds Home Health entry-level positioninvolvesassistingwith inventory shop organization andbasic equipment setup and preparation.Training will be provided making this role ideal for someone eager to learn and work in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and set up basic equipment (such as assembling wheelchairs walkers beds) according to company guidelines

• Prepare move and stage home health equipment for delivery or pickup ensuring readiness and accuracy

• Cleanandinspectequipmentto guarantee safety and functionality

• Receiveunloadand organize inventory efficiently

• Pick pack and label orders accurately

• Maintain a clean and organized shop and warehouse environment

• Adhere to all safety procedures andcompany policies at all times

• Collaborate with team members and perform other general shop and warehouse duties as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Entry/basic level Microsoft Office knowledge computersoftwareand internetproficiency

• Ability and willingness to learn basic equipment setup procedures

• Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting(up to approximately100lbs withassistanceas needed)carrying bending and standing

• Good communicationskills and a team-oriented attitude

• Reliable punctual and detail-oriented

• Basic mechanical aptitude
