Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and solving problems in a fast-paced environment We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Edmonton Regional Distribution Centre this role you will be the key point of contact for customers ensuring orders are tracked questions are answered and issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships collaborating with warehouse and transportation teams and delivering a positive customer experience from start to finish.
Job Description:
What Youll Do
Customer Service
- Respond to incoming customer phone calls emails website inquiries and voicemail messages.
- Provide timely accurate information and solutions to customer questions and concerns.
- Investigate issues identify root causes and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them.
- Record and communicate customer requests feedback and concerns to appropriate departments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate with shipping and warehouse teams to meet committed delivery dates.
- Keep customers informed on the status and progress of their parts orders.
- Support warehouse operations by assisting with hold until complete orders.
- Participate in daily and weekly customer service meetings and operational briefings.
Transportation Coordination
- Track shipments and orders with third-party transportation providers.
- Arrange courier pickups and transportation for customer orders.
- Prepare and complete shipping documentation and paperwork.
What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in warehousing distribution logistics customer service or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-volume fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service mindset with a proactive solution-focused approach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word Outlook and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in heavy equipment transportation industrial oilfield or related industries.
- Previous experience as a Parts Technician Mechanic Service Advisor or similar role.
- Experience using warehouse management or ERP systems.
