What Youll Do

  • Lead and mentor a talented HR team while staying hands-on with day-to-day operations.
  • Drive national HR strategies that support organizational goals and foster a dynamic innovative workplace.
  • Manage core HR functions including compensation employee benefits and working knowledge of payroll.
  • Implement enhance and optimize HR systems and technologies.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to translate business priorities into effective actionable HR strategies.
  • Shape organizational culture and build frameworks for learning development and career growth.


Requirements

What You Bring

  • Strong HR Generalist background with expertise in compensation & benefits.
  • Proven experience implementing HR technologies/systems.
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution.
  • Demonstrated success aligning HR initiatives with business outcomes.
  • Undergraduate degree required; HR post-graduate certification preferred.

Required Skills:

QUALIFICATIONS: Completion of university degree or equivalent experience Experiences in Quality Management Software and Processes Minimum of 5 years of Quality Assurance experience Insurance Industry experience (Personal lines preferred) Test Automation Clear demonstration of the following core competencies: Excellent planning and organizational skills Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Process-oriented approach / creating and maintaining artifacts Excellent time management skills/ability to establish priorities Must be a team player Self-starter with the ability to work independently Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
