The Grande Prairie mill is a 1000 tonne per day Northern Bleached Softwood Kraft pulp currently operates with approximately 390 mill employees in a high performance result oriented environment. Key FunctionsThis role is responsible for the safe operations of the recausticizing and lime kiln process with potential to operate a recovery and or power AccountabilitiesSafetyParticipate in the safety health and environmental activities in accordance with standards established by the Grande Prairie Process EquipmentOperate the causticizing plant and lime kilnParticipate in the continuous improvement of process and proceduresComplete process equipment monitoring toursDaily clean-up activitiesObtain process samples and conduct lab analysisShut down startup process equipment and complete equipment isolations.
