The ideal candidate will support the Pre-Owned Sales Manager in driving the success of the pre-owned vehicle department ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. This role involves managing the sales team inventory and customer relations while contributing to the growth and profitability of the dealership.

• Youll be the face ofDowntown Chrysler the person who turns browsers into buyers and buyers into lifelong enthusiasts. Youll guide our guests through the exciting journey of finding their perfect vehicle making every step of the process a delight.

You need these qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales preferably in a pre-owned vehicle sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a successful sales team.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and pre-owned vehicle market.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced results-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using dealership management software (Reynolds & Reynolds Era Ignite VAuto Focus DeskIt and Traderev) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Ontario drivers G license a clean driving record and able to visit multiple locations if needed.
• Valid OMVIC license.

The expected compensation range for this role is $75000 to $125000 per Year.
