What You Will Do

• Assist with the implementation installation and integration of business telephone systems including analog digital VoIP and SIP solutions.

• Install and support security systems audio/visual solutions and data network infrastructure.

• Collaborate with team members to design and implement solutions tailored to customer needs.

• Configure troubleshoot and maintain telecommunications and networking equipment.

• Provide technical support both remotely and on-site.

• Train customers for the effective use of their systems and equipment.

• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship and professionalism.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the telecommunications or IT industry.

• Experience working with PBX and VoIP systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Ability to communicate professionally with customers vendors and colleagues.

• Willingness to learn innovative technologies and complete ongoing training and certifications.

• Valid drivers license.

• Experience with Avaya and 3CX systems is considered an asset.
