What Youll Do:

• Be thego-to leaderfor your planting crew
• Keep operations running smoothly and safely
• Support planters with logistics morale and problem-solving
• Take pride in the success of your team and the trees you help plant

As a Crew Leader youll play a key role in the success of our tree planting operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a crew of 1014 tree planters with energy focus and accountability
• Promoting and enforcing safety standards to ensure a safe work environment at all times
• Maintaining high planting quality through regular coaching and follow-up with planters
• Managing daily job site operations including logistics troubleshooting and crew coordination
• Driving productivity by motivating your team to meet or exceed daily production targets

Youll be a great fit if you have:

• Aclean drivers abstract youll be trusted to operate crew vehicles safely
• The ability to obtain a class 4 license (optional)
• Tree planting experience a strong asset but not a deal-breaker
• The ability tokeep up in a fast-paced physically demanding environment
• A willingness towork hard outdoorsin all conditionsrain or shine
