We are hiring a Regular Full-Time Trainee Apprentice Automotive Technicianin our Nanaimo Auto Service Centre!
As aTrainee Apprentice Technicianyourean important member of the Auto Service Teamthat diagnoses repairs and providesserviceto Membersvehiclesensuring their safety and performancemeetthehigh standardsBCAA delivers to ourMembers.

What you bring:
High school diploma and completion of an Automotive Foundation programispreferred.
Minimum of six months of technical training and experience within an automotive repair facility.
Ability to lift 70lbs(32 kg) bend reach walk and stand forlong periodsof time.
Proficient with MS Outlook.
Clean BC Driver License Class 7 or better.
Once here you will:
Complete all repairs to meet BCAAshigh standardsfor safetyperformanceand outstanding service to ourMembers.Youllspecificallybe responsible foroil and tirechangesand basic automotive repairs.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment thatcomplies withenvironmental standards operational policies and procedures while ensuring equipment is in good working condition for your entire BCAA team.
Assistother Technicians in the shop as needed.
Achieve productivity goals whilemaintaininga high levelof Member satisfaction.
The salary range for this position is $38648.52to $48310.56and isdeterminedviajob-related knowledge skills experience certifications marketdemandand internal addition to base salary and BCAA benefits this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 9% with the opportunity to earn up to 15%.
