Job Summary

Licensed Trailer Technicians are needed to join a growing fleet maintenance team in Delta BC even as far as Abbotsford. This role offers the opportunity to diagnose repair and maintain a variety of trailers and equipment. Technicians will service a range of trailer types: Dry Vans Flatbeds Heaters Reefer units etc. A company-issued fully equipped mobile service truck is available for those residing in Abbotsford; seeking a resident technician role.

Shift/Schedule:

Afternoon Shift; 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
4 x 10 hour shifts per week
OR
Days Shift; 7:00am - 4:30pm
Monday to Friday with flexible start times
Overtime available

Preferred Requirements:

Hold a valid 310J or 310T Technician License with previous trailer repair experience and strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
Perform preventive maintenance inspections diagnostics and repairs on trailers and related equipment at customer locations.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical braking suspension and structural systems including component replacement as required.
Complete welding fabrication and body repair work while maintaining high standards of safety quality and workmanship.
Possess a valid drivers license the ability to work independently in a mobile service environment and safely lift up to 85 lbs.
