Job Summary
Jim Pattison Toyota Victoria is looking for a service-oriented and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our Service this role youll be the first point of contact for customers calling or emailing to schedule service appointments helping them find a time that works while providing a positive and professional coordinate appointment bookings communicate with customers about their service needs and support the daily flow of the Service Department.
