Tool & Die Maker apprenticeship Level 3
Job Summary
Duties
- Operate milling machines lathes and other machining equipment to manufacture components.
- Assemble parts and perform welding tasks as needed to complete tool fabrication.
- Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot issues during the production process.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Qualifications
- Proficient in math skills for precise measurements and calculations.
- Strong background in machining processes including the use of hand tools and machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective tool design.
- Experience in fabricating components from various materials .
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience as a Tool and Die Maker.

Job Types: Full-time Apprenticeship
Pay: $35.85 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
