You take action to make a positive difference every day and you inspire others to do the :Manages store operations drives financial success builds great teams and builds a meeting place in the for executing and delivering all operational performance objectives to drive guest inventory supplies maintenance cleanliness and store Always Fresh standards and waste team toward goals through coaching motivation and alignment with company sales updates POS and manages costs (food paper labour) and uses CPP data to maximize profits and manage in recruiting new staff and training/management of Baker Food Service Staff (Food Service Counter Attendant) and Food Service schedules supports development and ensures shift open communication handles discipline and ensures compliance with policies and guest experience prepares reports and engages with the safety legislation safe work practices and PPE inspections manages hazards and ensures compliance with health and safety 5 to 10 staff including Baker Food Service Staff (Food Service Counter Attendant) and Food Service :2 to 3 years of supervisory experience required; management experience is an service industry experience with Tim Hortons products and procedures is an leadership skills with the ability to coach train and mentor interpersonal communication and conflict management in problem-solving organization time management and resource planning to maintain service demeanour when interacting with customers team members and with POS systems and electronic cash in MS Office position could include a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
