About the Role

As a Full-Time Food Service Worker you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for every guest. From preparing beverages and food to serving customers and maintaining a clean organized workspace youll help ensure our Tim Hortons operates efficiently while delivering the quality and service our customers expect.

What Youll Do

In this role youll prepare coffee specialty beverages sandwiches wraps baked goods and other menu items according to Tim Hortons standards. Youll greet customers with a friendly attitude accurately process orders through the point-of-sale system and ensure each guest receives fast efficient service. Youll help keep workstations stocked maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant assist with receiving and organizing inventory and follow all food safety sanitation and workplace safety procedures. Teamwork is essential and youll work closely with your coworkers to provide a smooth and enjoyable customer experience throughout each shift.

Qualifications :

Were looking for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy environment. Previous experience in food service hospitality retail or customer service is considered an asset but were happy to train motivated individuals with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. The ideal candidate is dependable organized able to multitask and committed to providing outstanding customer service. Flexible availability including mornings evenings weekends and holidays as required is preferred.
