What youll doAs aThird Operator youll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape.
Your day-to-day:
Your day-to-day:
- Support the Operator and 2nd Operator with machine setup operation and production activities
- Load raw materials into equipment and prepare machinery for production runs
- Monitor product quality and report any issues related to box dimensions print quality scoring slotting or material condition
- Stack finished products using automated palletizing equipment according to customer specifications
- Perform equipment cleanup and assist with routine maintenance activities
- Complete production reports and administrative documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain a safe clean and organized work environment while following all health safety and food safety standards
Your strengths as a Third OperatorYou are a natural fit for this role if:
- You have a High School Diploma or GED
- You have experience in a manufacturing environment or are eager to build your skills in one
- You pay close attention to detail and take pride in producing quality work
- You can follow procedures and safety standards consistently
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- You communicate clearly and work well as part of a team
- You bring a positive attitude strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow
