We are currently seeking a qualified Integration & Test Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will support Integration Test & Verification (ITV) activities for complex mission-critical systems by developing and executing test procedures validating system requirements and supporting in-house and field commissioning activities. Working closely with cross-functional engineering teams this individual will help ensure system functionality performance and reliability through rigorous testing defect analysis and verification activities.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases procedures and reports based on system requirements.
- Support system integration verification validation and commissioning activities.
- Perform in-house and field testing and document test results.
- Investigate test failures analyze defects and support issue resolution.
- Create defect reports and maintain requirements traceability.
- Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement of test processes.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Computer Systems Engineering or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience testing software hardware embedded or real-time systems.
- Knowledge of verification validation integration and test methodologies.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and technical documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with railway signaling or other safety-critical systems would be an asset.
- Familiarity with automated testing and test scripting would be an asset.
- Knowledge of SelTrac or similar train control/signaling systems would be an asset.
- Understanding of the full Verification & Validation lifecycle would be an asset.
