Job Summary
SITECH Western Canada is seeking a motivated and results-driven Technology Sales & Service Representative to grow our construction technology business within an assigned territory.
In this customer-facing outside sales role youll help contractors improve productivity accuracy and profitability through innovative solutions including CAT and Trimble machine control grade control site positioning systems safety and connected construction technologies.

- Develop and grow customer relationships within your territory
- Drive sales of Trimble construction technology solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Identify customer needs and recommend technology solutions
- Partner with technical support and training teams to ensure customer success
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline and achieve growth targets
- Experience in outside sales business development or account management
- Background in construction heavy equipment technology or a related industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of machine control GPS surveying or construction technology is an asset
