Technical Specialist

Collaborate with the sales team to understand and support customer requirements.

• Assess equipment needs and communicate presentations to both existing and potential customers.
• Position entails occasional travel for projects and training in New Brunswick.
• Craft and present proposals and quotations adeptly negotiating contracts as needed.
• Cultivate business opportunities within assigned accounts while nurturing strong customer relationships.
• Provide post-sale support by coordinating subcontractors vendors and internal project teams.
• Qualify opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction through clear solution scoping.

Qualifications :

• Over three years of experience designing installing and servicing various refrigeration systems.
• Proficiency in performing load calculations system sizing and equipment selection to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex refrigeration system issues focusing on identifying root causes and implementing practical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles components and technologies including compressors evaporators condensers and refrigerants.
• Familiarity with industry standards regulations and best practices related to refrigeration system design installation and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients colleagues and stakeholders.
• Leadership abilities including supervisory experience and the capacity to mentor and train junior technicians.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on emerging technologies and advancements in the refrigeration field.
