We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive delivery excellence across our engineering this role you will partner with two development teams to ensure predictable high-quality delivery while owning cross-functional programs and initiatives that improve how we build and ship software. You will be the connective tissue between teams stakeholders and leadership - mapping dependencies managing risk and coordinating execution.

This is a hybrid position offering the flexibility of remote work and in-person collaboration at our downtown Vancouver office.

• Own and drive end-to-end delivery for cross-functional programs and initiatives
• Establish program milestones track progress against commitments and proactively surface risks to stakeholders
• Provide clear data-driven reporting on program health and status

• Map and manage cross-team dependencies ensuring alignment on interfaces timelines and commitments
• Translate between technical details and stakeholder-friendly updates for Engineering Managers Product Managers and senior leadership
• Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to align on trade-offs priorities and resource allocation

• Partner with two Scrum teams to lead delivery and ensure predictability
• Ensure effective team meetings including team and scaled agile ceremonies
• Work closely with Product and Engineering Managers to align priorities and manage scope
• Identify and remove blockers escalating systemic impediments and driving resolution
• Help teams navigate technical trade-offs and decompose complex initiatives into deliverable increments

• Cultivate an environment where teams feel empowered to self-organize experiment and grow
• Design and implement improvements to team and program delivery measuring impact and sharing learnings
• Advocate for agile values and practices that enable teams to deliver incrementally learn quickly and respond to change

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Computer Science Engineering Business IT etc.) or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of experience in a related role (Technical Program Manager Scrum Master Project Manager Delivery Lead etc.)
• Technical capability to engage credibly with engineering teams
• Strong program management skills - defining milestones tracking progress managing dependencies etc.
• Solid understanding of modern software delivery practices and Agile principles
• Proactive problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

• Prior experience in a technical role (software developer QA engineer analyst etc.)
• Agile or delivery certification (CSM PSM PMP SAFe etc.)
• Experience using AI tools to optimize development processes
• Familiarity with data analysis metrics and reporting tooling
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams in a scaled agile environment
• Exposure to physical security video IoT cloud or embedded systems domains
• Experience working with remote and distributed teams across time zones

Target Base Salary Range: 90000 - 110000 CAD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
