Job Summary

Product Development & Technical Support
Support quotation and new product development activities by reviewing customer technical requirements and product specifications.
Coordinate sample requests product trials and technical evaluations with internal teams and suppliers.
Assist in evaluating product performance and recommending technical improvements.
Maintain product specifications and technical documentation throughout the development process.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
Support quality investigations related to customer complaints supplier issues and internal non-conformances.
Participate in product inspections validation activities and technical evaluations.
Assist with root cause investigations and corrective action activities.
Review quality trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support documentation for quality management systems and food safety programs.
Manufacturing Support
Work closely with production teams to understand printing lamination slitting and pouch converting processes.
Participate in production trials and process improvement initiatives.
Assist in resolving technical issues affecting manufacturing performance or product quality.
Coordinate communication between manufacturing and technical teams during development projects.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
03 years of manufacturing packaging or quality experience preferred.
Must be able to speak read write and understand the English language at a level adequate to perform job functions. Fluency in Korean is an added value.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
Safety Responsibilities
Attending required safety training sessions.
Reporting accidents and near misses in a timely fashion.
Reporting any safety concerns to a designated safety team leader.
Taking reasonable care of their own health and safety.
Following Flairs work safety rules policies and procedures.
Food Safety Responsibilities
Employees shall report problems with the food safety management system to the responsible person(s).â Responsible personnel shall have defined responsibility and authority to initiate and record actions.
Employees shall understand the Food Safety Policy GMPs HACCP Principle and Food Safety Standard.
