• The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026 when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

What Youll Do
The Team Manager Technology Recruitment reports to the Manager Talent Acquisition and is responsible for leading a team of recruiters focused on attracting engaging and hiring technology talent. You will be accountable for team performance recruitment outcomes candidate and hiring manager experience operational excellence and the execution of talent acquisition strategies that support business objectives. You will also manage a portfolio of recruitment requisitions and lead talent acquisition initiatives designed to strengthen Fidelitys ability to attract and retain technical talent.

How Youll Make an Impact

Lead and manage a team of Technology Recruiters:

• Lead coach and develop a team of Technology Recruiters responsible for recruiting technical talent across multiple business areas and technology disciplines.
• Working with the recruiters develop sourcing and recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill technical positions.

Manage the team and the day-to-day activities by providing direction guidance and support as well as managing performance and providing training support as required:

• Provide coaching mentoring and development including on-the-job training.
• Conduct regular performance discussions and feedback sessions.

Personally manage a portfolio of complex critical or senior level recruitment requisitions:

• Sourcing interviewing and offer management.
• Drive recruitment activities through the full recruitment lifecycle.
  

What We Are Looking For

• 3 years of progressive talent acquisition experience
• University degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience with sourcing and recruiting for specialized roles or filling hard to fill positions
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders and hiring managers
• Previous people management experience is required
• Experience recruiting in financial services or technology industry experience
• Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset
• CHRP CHRL or related HR designation is an asset

• Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: Total annual cash compensation (base salary plus target bonus) ranges from $110000 to $140000 based on experience and qualifications.
