A working Team Lead role for someone who can coach and support others while remaining actively involved in day-to-day HR service delivery.
Were hiring an HR Service Centre Team Lead to help deliver exceptional HR support for our operations across Canada and the United States.
WHAT YOULL DO
This is a hands-on role that combines individual contribution with day-to-day team leadership. Youll manage your own HR service responsibilities while coaching and supporting a team of HR Service Centre Coordinators. Youll help the team prioritize work resolve more complex inquiries maintain service standards and deliver a positive employee experience.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to an assigned client group including employee inquiries transactions case management data updates and documentation.
- Coach mentor and provide practical guidance to HR Service Centre Coordinators.
- Help prioritize work coordinate team coverage and maintain consistent service delivery.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for complex or non-standard inquiries.
- Support onboarding and training for new team members and reinforce standard processes and service expectations.
- Complete quality checks identify recurring issues and recommend practical improvements.
- Maintain procedures templates checklists and knowledge resources.
- Work with HR Payroll IT and business stakeholders to resolve issues and support process or system changes.
Qualifications :
WHO WERE LOOKING FOR
- A Great Attitude!
- 35 years of HR experience in HR Operations HR Shared Services Employee Services or a similar HR support environment.
- Experience as a Team Lead Senior Coordinator or in another role providing day-to-day coaching and support to a team.
- Strong customer service skills and a practical people-focused approach.
- Excellent organization attention to detail and follow-through.
- Sound judgement and a high degree of professionalism discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the confidence to address issues constructively.
- Ability to balance individual responsibilities shifting priorities and team support in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with HR systems case-management tools and employee data.
- Bonus points if youre bilingual in English and French!
