Your Role
This is a leadership role for someone who is equally energized by developing people and growing a business. As Team Lead you will oversee the Manitoba business unit coaching a team of project managers while driving the local market strategy. You will be responsible for building relationships identifying opportunities and ensuring your team delivers exceptional work for clients across the region.

What Youll Do
Champion and personify Colliers Project Leaders values and culture
Lead with an entrepreneurial mindset developing and executing growth plans to achieve annual business targets
Oversee your business units operational objectives across quality commercial performance people and culture
Drive collaboration and identify opportunities to expand services in the local Manitoba market
Collaborate with leaders across other business units to secure new opportunities and optimize resources
Delegate empower and coach your team to take ownership of their projects and professional growth
Build the business development acumen of your team members
Represent Colliers Project Leaders in the local business community through networking and active industry participation
What You Bring
A strong desire to grow a business and an instinct for identifying opportunity
A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in operations leadership and business unit growth preferably in professional services
University degree or diploma in business administration commerce finance engineering architecture construction management or a comparable field (or equivalent combination of experience and education)
Clear understanding of a professional services business model including resource management risk and commercial strategy
An established network of regional industry contacts and involvement with applicable industry and trade associations
Demonstrated ability to lead inspire and develop a team of practitioners
Ability to meet or exceed financial business objectives
Excellent communication facilitation and presentation skills
Experience working respectfully in cross-cultural settings including with Indigenous communities is considered an asset
