Co-op and Internship opportunities allow you to gain valuable work experience across a number of the businesses at TD. Youll work alongside experienced leaders and subject matter experts while contributing to initiatives that help shape how Governance & Control operates today and evolves for the future.
During your internship youll build practical experience in:
- Strategic planning and business transformation
- AI automation and emerging technology
- Data analytics reporting and dashboard development
- Process improvement and operating model design
- Executive communications and storytelling
- Culture engagement and colleague experience initiatives
- Governance risk and control practices within a large financial institution
Youll also develop valuable skills in stakeholder management problem-solving data visualization change management and executive presentation development
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Communication Finance Accounting Analytics Data Business or related degree program.
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- This position is a 4-month work term and will commence January 4th 2027 to April 23rd 2027
