Talent Acquisition Specialist

ONIT Energy Full-Time Permanent $75000$95000 per year plus performance bonuses

ONIT Energy is growing and were looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us find the people who will drive that this newly created role youll partner closely with Sales leadership to build out our Inside and Outside Sales teams while also supporting hiring across Customer Service IT Finance and Administration.

This is a full-cycle recruiting role for someone who loves the thrill of finding great talent and matching them to the right opportunity. Youll own the process from sourcing through offer and youll play a key part in shaping the culture and performance of our sales organization as it scales.

• Design and execute recruiting strategies to meet ONIT Energys hiring needs with a primary focus on Sales
• Source screen and interview candidates across multiple channels job boards social media career fairs and referrals
• Partner with Sales leadership (and other departments as needed) to understand hiring priorities and build talent pipelines
• Write and post compelling job descriptions that attract top candidates
• Evaluate candidates against role requirements sales KPIs and cultural fit
• Track and report on recruiting metrics to identify whats working and where to improve
• Support onboarding and training for new hires
• Build lasting relationships with candidates for future opportunities
• Champion ONIT Energys reputation as a great place to build a career

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience ideally with a sales-focused hiring background
• Comfort recruiting across a range of functions experience in Customer Service IT Finance or Administration is a strong asset
• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through social media and other digital channels
• Familiarity with sales KPIs and using performance metrics as hiring criteria is a plus
• Strong interviewing skills across formats (phone video in-person)
• Excellent communication organizational and relationship-building skills
• Working knowledge of ATS/CMS platforms
