Missions/Main Duties

Talent Acquisition Specialist Bilingual

Manage the entire recruitment cycle

Build strong relationships with managers: understand their hiring needs act as a strategic partner work with them to create compelling job descriptions and follow up regularly

Source talent like an in-house headhunter: identify and engage with top performers while providing them with a first-rate candidate experience

Ensure a fair and comprehensive evaluation of candidates to present the most suitable profiles to managers: analyze resumes pre-screen candidates and provide support during the selection process

Skillfully navigate talent search and management tools both within and outside the company: LinkedIn internal software social media etc.

Negotiate and present job offers and finalize agreements with selected candidates working closely with your colleagues in Human Resources

Profile/Skills

You have more than 8 years of experience in talent acquisition including at least 3 years of recruitment experience in the rail construction or engineering sectors

You hold a bachelors degree in HR or a related field or the equivalent

You are dynamic creative passionate and solution-oriented

With strong skills in evaluating candidates you demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills

You are comfortable using Microsoft Office
