Surgical Territory Sales Manager
Job Summary
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan that delivers consistent revenue growth and increased market penetration.
- Identify qualify and secure new business opportunities across hospitals and surgical centres.
- Build trusted relationships with surgeons physicians nurses procurement professionals clinical educators and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product demonstrations clinical evaluations and educational in-service programs that support product adoption.
- Serve as the clinical and product expert for an innovative surgical portfolio across multiple specialties.
- Develop strategic account plans that strengthen customer relationships and uncover expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Clinical Specialists Marketing Customer Service and Sales Leadership to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- University or college education in Business Health Sciences Nursing Respiratory Therapy Medical Laboratory Technology or a related discipline is preferred.
- Clinical experience within an acute care environment is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated success in consultative medical device or healthcare sales with a history of consistently achieving performance objectives.
- Experience developing new business while expanding strategic customer relationships within complex healthcare environments.
- Proven ability to manage hospital accounts involving multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.
- Experience supporting Operating Rooms Critical Care Endoscopy Surgical Services or other acute care environments is highly desirable.
- Fully bilingual (French & English).
- Must reside in the Greater Montreal Area.
- This is a consultative sales position requiring an exceptional combination of business development expertise clinical credibility within the medical device industry strategic account management and the ability to develop lasting customer partnerships.
