What Youll Do:

• Lead and inspire teams across housekeeping laundry and dining room services to deliver exceptional care.
• Recruit train and mentor a diverse team of cooks dietary aides housekeepers and laundry staff.
• Ensure top-notch quality and strict compliance with health safety sanitation and infection control standards.
• Manage procurement inventory and budgets maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in supervisory or management roles within hotel hospitality senior housing or healthcare support services.
• Skilled in leadership organization financial tracking and knowledgeable about health and safety regulations.
