Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead leading all Supply Chain activities at the Canadian facility including Planning Procurement Logistics and Warehousing. The role will ensure operational excellence material availability inventory optimization supplier performance and on-time customer delivery.

As a member of the site leadership team the Supply Chain Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager and serve as the main interface between local and the global Supply Chain organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Planning Procurement Logistics and Warehouse operations.
• Ensure material availability to support production and customer commitments.
• Drive demand production and inventory planning processes.
• Manage supplier performance cost optimization and supply continuity.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize inventory levels.
• Partner with Operations Quality Engineering Finance and Customer Service to achieve business objectives.
• Implement global Supply Chain processes standards and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Operations Engineering Business or a related field.
• 7 years of Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3 years of leadership experience.
• Proven experience in Planning Procurement and Logistics.
• Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a global matrix organization is an advantage.
