Supply Chain Automation Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze backlog reports and initiate proactive communication with vendors to expedite product procurement
• Maintain and monitor expedite communication; provide responses within 24/48h
• Entry confirmation and management of purchase orders   
• Execute material planning processes; monitor stock levels
• Identify bottlenecks in daily operations
• Design prototype and build automated workflows to streamline order management and vendor communications

Qualifications :

• Graduate (graduated within the last 6 months) or currently enrolled in a diploma/degree program in Supply Chain Management Business Analytics Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field of study.
• Strong interest in business process automation (e.g. RPA Power Automate VBA/Macros Python or SQL)
• Basic knowledge of SAP is an asset
• Analytical mindset with a passion for transforming manual workflows into scalable automated processes
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
