Job Description
As the Supervisor of Coordination you willbe responsible forthe supervision of the Coordination team in addition to other administrative functions supporting operational excellence within an assigned branch.

Whatyoulldo:
Provide in-depth training and onboarding education fornewcoordination staff
Monitor and provide coaching and performance management to coordinators
Run and review daily weekly monthly reports and provide action plansto reduce missed care
Create andmaintainwork schedules for coordination team
Work with coordination teams to ensure all vacation and time off requests have coverage for patients in consultation with supervisors
Monitor key metrics such as missed care canceled visits and referral acceptance and hold coordination team accountable to meet set targets
Reviewtracking tools and follow up with Coordinators to ensure compliance
Whatyou bring:
Minimum qualifications of 1-2 years of post-secondary education and 1-3 years of job-related supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strongproficiencyin all aspects of Microsoft office; with proven skills in Word and Excel
Keen attention to detail ability to prioritize multitasking skills and organizational skills
Experience in customer service
Experience in the health carefieldan asset.
