Join Reitmans and help shape how our customers experience the brand online.

As our eCommerce Lead youll bring our collections campaigns and stories to life across our digital storefront creating an experience that feels fresh inspiring and easy to shop.

What youll do:

• Bring new collections campaigns and promotions to life online.
• Keep the site fresh engaging and on-brand.
• Partner with Merchandising Marketing and Creative on key launches.
• Use insights and performance to improve the customer journey.
• Spot trends and opportunities to drive engagement and conversion.

Qualifications :

What you bring:

• 3 years of eCommerce or digital retail experience.
• A strong fashion and customer mindset.
• A great eye for product and digital storytelling.
• Organized collaborative and comfortable moving at retail speed.
• Bilingual in French and English with the ability to communicate and create content for customers across Canada.
• Fashion or lifestyle retail experience is a plus.
