As Supervisor Brandyoulllead a team that delivers national brand programs advertisingsupportand production services. Your work will support brand integrity strengthen employee and customer experience and help business partners deliver high-quality brand solutions across the organization.

Whatyoulldo
  • Lead enterprise-wide brand programs and production plans that support corporate priorities brandstrategyand business needs.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership for the BrandProgramsteam including setting priorities managing workflow coachingperformanceand supporting employee development.
  • Oversee brand programsincludingone-off advertising requests merchandise employee clothingnationaltrade showpresence brandedofficeenvironments signagedécorand online storefront operations.
  • Manage vendor relationships sourcing procurement budgets forecasting timelines inventoryconsiderationsand operational controls.
  • Collaborate with internal partners Workplace Experienceprocurementseniorleadersand external vendors to translate business needs into practical brand solutions.
  • Support brand governance by ensuring programs assets and processes follow brand standards procurement requirements official languages compliance accessibility standardsand operational risk controls.
  • Monitor workflows systems and service delivery identifying opportunities to improve efficiencyconsistencyand stakeholder experience.
  • Provide creativeproductionand operational guidance to help the team solve problems manageriskand deliver high-quality outcomes.

Whatyoullbring to the team
Required qualifications:
  • A bachelors degree in business administration communications marketingadvertisingor a related field plus at least five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience leading people including settingobjectives managing work coachingperformanceand supporting employee development.
  • Experience in brandmanagement advertisingbrandprogramdevelopment creativeproductionora relatedmarketingenvironments.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy brand standardsandproductionprinciples.
  • Knowledge and experience with procurement processessourcingvendor managementcontracts RFPs/RFQsbudget and inventory management productionstandardsand operational service delivery.
  • Demonstrated experiencemanaging workflows budgets timelines competingprioritiesand complex deliverables including tracking progress reportingresultsandidentifyingprocess improvements.
  • Ability to work in anin-houseagency-style environment with multiple stakeholders intakechannelsand shifting priorities.
  • Strong relationship-buildingcommunicationand collaboration skills with the ability to influence outcomes manageexpectationsand support decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational skills attention todetailand ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound judgment problem-solvingabilityand a practical approach to managing riskcomplianceand service continuity.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience withdevelopingbrand programs national servicedeliveryor programs that support multiple locations or business areas.
  • Experience with promotional merchandise employee clothing branded office environments signage trade shows advertisingrequestsand online storefront operations.
  • Working knowledge of project management best practices budget and inventory management intake models procurementfinancial managementor digital asset tools such as Workfront ShopifyProcessUnity SAP Finance Workday AdaptiveSharePoint Microsoft Teams Outlook MicrosoftOfficeor similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting compliancestandardsin brand or production work including knowledge of the Official Languages Act accessibilitystandards sustainability health and safetydocumentretentionandtrademark guidelines.
  • Experience working with senior leaders businesspartnersand cross-functional project teams.
  • Bilingual ability in English and French would be considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of financial servicesagricultureor other regulated industries.
