Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who excels at building strategic partnerships and delivering measurable business results Finning Canada is seeking a Strategic Accounts Manager to lead and grow some of our most important customer relationships across our Rental business.

In this highly visible role you will serve as a trusted advisor to key strategic customers helping them solve complex operational challenges through innovative rental solutions. By leveraging Finnings extensive equipment fleet industry expertise and customer-focused services you will identify growth opportunities strengthen long-term partnerships and drive profitable revenue growth.

The successful candidate is a strategic thinker skilled communicator and results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to achieve shared success.

What Youll Do

• Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue growth market share and long-term customer loyalty.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Identify opportunities to expand Finnings rental products services and solutions within assigned accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with Operations Sales Product Support and Leadership teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Lead complex negotiations and commercial discussions that support mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Monitor customer performance industry trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Champion Finnings rental value proposition and continuously seek ways to strengthen customer partnerships.
• Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets while supporting long-term customer retention.

What Were Looking For

Experience & Skills

• Proven success in Strategic Account Management Business Development Key Account Management or Sales.
• Demonstrated ability to grow revenue through relationship-based selling and strategic customer engagement.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Exceptional presentation negotiation and commercial acumen.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer outcomes.
• Self-motivated highly organized and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
