Stockroom Attendant 4 Month Contract

Storage and administration of all spare parts required by the factory. Manage inventory lists through periodic stockchecks reporting & rationalization of obsolete and unused equipment. Order parts ensuring proper quality of goods received shortest possible delivery time & lowest cost.

Management of the stores warehouse to ensure order cleanliness and availability of the parts in safe and hygienic manner inline with Mars requirements. BFP has 4 locations.

Coordination and management of all parts for the site including forwarding to the end user.

Responsible for inventory optimisation in conjunction with the Maintenance manager and Reliability Engineers/Leads to minimize costs to ensure optimal availability and minimal stores inventory

Input to Engineering projects through the Reliability Engineer/Lead to ensure the use of standard spare parts on projects accompanied with correct documentation. Input all new spare parts into stores

Ensure the efficient and effective use of the SAP-PM module to manage maintenance inventory

Lead the kitting process in partnership with Maintenance Planners and Schedulers to enable all planned jobs to have parts available in the workshop for the technician on the day of the job

Identify opportunities for lower cost spare part alternatives and contract opportunities. Partner with commercial to negotiate and deliver the cost saving to the factory.
