Seasonal Steward Helper
As a Steward Helper youll play an important role in supporting our Culinary team and creating exceptional dining experiences. Working behind the scenes youll help ensure our kitchens operate safely and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

What Youll Be Doing
- Operating industrial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Sorting stacking loading and unloading dishware glassware cutlery and kitchen utensils
- Ensuring all items are thoroughly cleaned dried and stored safely in designated areas
- Identifying and removing chipped or damaged items from circulation and recording breakages as required
- Maintaining clean dry and organized kitchen and stewarding areas to support a safe working environment
- Following all health safety sanitation and hygiene procedures
- Supporting Culinary and Stewarding colleagues during busy service periods
- Working collaboratively with fellow team members and contributing to a positive workplace
- Performing other duties as assigned by the leadership team
Qualifications :
Youll Be a Great Fit If You Have
- Previous stewarding dishwashing or cleaning experience is an asset
- A reliable and responsible approach with a strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness hygiene and safety
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays
Preference will be given to applicants who are available for the full seasonal period from October 2026 through January 31 2027.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg)
- Ability to bend reach kneel push and pull as required
- Ability to safely use stairs and ladders when required
- Comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment with varying temperatures and conditions

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
