To support that work Caravel is currently seeking a driven and entrepreneurial lawyer to join our non-traditional firm as a Start-up Lawyer. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for helping entrepreneurs build Canadas next great companies.

What Youll Do
- Advise a variety of growth companies on corporate legal matters including company formation shareholders agreements legal entity management and other general commercial contract needs as they arise.
- A minimum of five years experience advising clients ideally entrepreneurs and start-ups preferably gained in private practice at a major Canadian law firm.
- A call to the Ontario Bar and comfort working with both provincial and federal incorporations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- The ability to work independently manage priorities and exercise sound judgment with limited supervision.
