Were looking for a Process Engineer to join the Manufacturing Engineering group and help bridge product design and manufacturing execution for Tenstorrent hardware platforms. This role will work closely with design electrical mechanical test quality and manufacturing partners to develop robust scalable manufacturing processes and transition new designs into production.
This role is remote based out of Toronto ON.

Who You Are
- Manufacturing or process engineer with hardware experience and strong process development fundamentals.
- Skilled at translating design intent into stable repeatable production processes.
- Strong in data-driven problem solving and root cause analysis to close yield and quality gaps.
- Comfortable driving manufacturability assembly strategy and factory execution with cross-functional teams.
- Clear communicator who aligns internal teams and external manufacturers on actions and risks.
What We Need
- Develop and release scalable manufacturing processes for new products and product changes.
- Own design transfer into manufacturing including tooling documentation and line readiness.
- Define validate and refine process flows for assembly integration rework and test.
- Set process capability targets and monitor performance using SPC DOE and related tools.
- Identify manufacturing risks early and drive DFM DFA and tolerance issue resolution.
