Experience Required: 8-10 Years

• Design develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  

• Build and optimize data models using Power BI DAX Power Query and SQL to ensure high-performance reporting solutions.
  

• Develop and manage Power Platform solutions including Power Apps Power Automate and Dataverse integrations to automate reporting and business processes.
  

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
  

• Create interactive visualizations and KPI dashboards that effectively communicate business performance and trends.
  

• Integrate data from multiple sources such as SQL Server SharePoint Azure APIs Excel and enterprise systems into Power BI reports.
  

• Ensure data accuracy governance and security by implementing row-level security (RLS) data validation and compliance standards.
  

• Perform report performance tuning and troubleshooting to improve refresh times optimize datasets and enhance user experience.
  

• Collaborate with business users project teams and IT stakeholders to deliver reporting enhancements and continuous improvements.
  

• Provide documentation user training and production support for Power Platform reporting solutions while staying updated on new Microsoft Power Platform features and best practices.
