Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be required regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Sr. Manager GDCLoUSE2E (CA)locatedin Ontario Canada.

The Sr. Manager GDCLoUSE2E (CA) plays a critical leadership role within Deliver Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O) withendtoendaccountability for outbound distribution andlogisticsexecution supporting the Canadian market. This role drives operational excellence across planning distributionlogistics and customer fulfillment while ensuring service cost quality and complianceobjectivesare met. The position partners closely with global regional and local stakeholders to deliver reliable compliant and scalable supply chain outcomes that directly support patient care and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

(Proposed responsibilities aligned to Sr. Manager Supply Chain E2E scope)

  • Provideendtoendleadership for outbounddistributionandlogisticsexecution supporting the Canadian market ensuring consistent service and regulatory compliance.

  • Leadcrossfunctionalcollaboration across Planning Customer Service Quality Finance and Commercial teams tooptimizedelivery performance and inventory outcomes.

  • Own performance management for key supply chain KPIs including service level lead time cost and reliability driving corrective actions as needed.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives acrosslogisticsand distribution processes usingdatadriveninsights and structuredproblemsolvingmethodologies.

  • Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory quality and compliance requirements acrosscrossborderand distribution activities.

  • Lead and develop ahighperformingteam fostering a culture of accountability inclusion and continuous learning.

  • Partner with externallogisticsproviders and internal global teams to manage service agreements performance and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors degree(Supply Chain Operations Engineering Business or related field).

  • Masters degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • Significant progressive experience in supply chainlogistics or operations leadership roles.

  • Demonstrated experience managingendtoenddistribution orlogisticsoperations in a regulated environment.

  • Strongpeopleleadershipexperience with the ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization.

  • Proven ability to analyze complex operational data and translate insights into action.

Preferred:

  • Experience supportingcrossborderor North America distribution models.

  • Background in medical devices pharmaceuticals or other highly regulated industries.

  • Experience leading transformation or continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma or similar).

  • Strongchangemanagementcapabilities in evolving organizational environments.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Other:

  • Language: English; Frenchproficiencypreferred.

  • Travel: Limited primarily North America.

  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma or equivalent preferred.
