Rejoignez une équipe où la santé la sécurité et lenvironnement sont au cœur de chaque projet. En tant que Spécialiste HSE Chantier vous jouerez un rôle clé dans lintégration des meilleures pratiques HSE à toutes les étapes dexécution des projets.

Dans ce rôle dynamique sur site vous agirez comme point de contact principal pour toutes les questions HSE en collaboration étroite avec les équipes de projet les clients et les sous-traitants. Vous contribuerez activement à promouvoir une culture de sécurité proactive et à assurer le respect des normes réglementaires et organisationnelles.

Cest une occasion unique davoir un impact concret: protéger les équipes améliorer la performance et soutenir la réalisation de projets complexes notamment dans des environnements à haute tension. Vous serez encouragé à influencer positivement les comportements proposer des améliorations et faire évoluer les pratiques HSE.

Votre impact

• Soutenir la préparation des plans HSE de chantier
• Agir comme point de contact principal pour les enjeux HSE
• Suivre et rapporter les indicateurs de performance HSE
• Assurer la planification sécuritaire des activités de chantier
• Diriger les enquêtes dincidents et définir les actions correctives
• Analyser les tendances et recommander des mesures préventives
• Réaliser des inspections et animer des discussions sécurité
• Promouvoir les programmes HSE incluant We Care

Votre profil

• Certification CNESST (CoSS) pour les chantiers de construction
• Diplôme en SST ou certification professionnelle (CSP CIH NCSO)
• Bilinguisme français et anglais
• Expérience en HSE sur des projets complexes
• Formation en enquête dincidents
• Connaissance en sécurité électrique (haute tension)

• Support the development of Site HSE Plans
• Act as the primary HSE point of contact on site
• Monitor and report HSE KPIs and performance
• Ensure safe planning and execution of site activities
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
• Analyze trends and recommend preventive measures
• Conduct inspections and engage in safety discussions

Your background

• CNESST certification (CoSS) for construction sites
• OHS diploma or professional certification (CSP CIH NCSO)
• Bilingual in French and English
• Experience in HSE on complex projects
• Incident investigation training
• Knowledge of electrical safety in high-voltage environments
