Specialist, CRM

• Develop deploy and manage automated marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email SMS in-app) in accordance with CRM best practices and legal requirements (e.g. consent).
• Manage and monitor the campaign schedule to ensure a seamless consistent and balanced customer experience.
• Contribute to the continuous optimization of CRM strategies based on observed performance metrics (open rates click-through rates conversions engagement).
• Create execute and maintain SMS campaigns to effectively reach targeted audiences following best practices.
• Conduct A/B tests (content targeting timing) analyze the results and propose concrete improvements to maximize performance.
• Collaborate on the production of reports and dashboards to track key KPIs and support decision-making.

Qualifications :

Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree in marketing e-commerce information technology or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role in CRM digital marketing or relationship marketing (including relevant internships).

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in basic SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with a CRM tool (Marketing Cloud HubSpot Klaviyo etc.).
• Understanding of marketing concepts related to customer journey automation.
• Strong interest in building multichannel campaigns.

Analytical and Cross-Functional Skills

• Excellent analytical and performance measurement skills (reporting tracking KPIs).
• Diligence attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Curiosity a willingness to learn and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Languages

• Advanced French and English (spoken and written) frequent interactions with partners and teams outside of Quebec.
