Diabetes Canada is here to helpproviding tools resources and support to make that journey us in leading with strength and compassion - so no one faces diabetes the Role Were seeking a Specialist Campaign Operations Annual Giving who will be supporting the national Donor Response Marketing program through the coordination and execution of multi-channel single gift donor and acquisition campaigns across direct mail phone email online and paid digital media to the Senior Manager Annual Giving this role supports the campaign execution for the Direct Response Team (Manager of Digital Fundraising Manager of Monthly and Tribute Giving Development Officer of Mid-Level Giving) and external vendors to coordinate campaign activities support operational execution and ensure accuracy and integrity across campaign components. The Specialist Campaign Operations Annual Giving also plays a key role in campaign quality assurance data verification process improvement and cross-functional : Diabetes Canadas national office is atUniversity Avenue Toronto offer a flexible work arrangement allowing employees to work remotely with the expectation of working onsite once per week and additional in-office attendance as required by their manager or the : Thehiring salary range for this role is $75000 - $80000 annually depending on skills and experience with meeting the requirements of the Youll Do Coordinate DRM team campaign and project timelines and workflows contributing to the development of critical paths tracking deliverables and ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders and external and help facilitate campaign kick-offs planning discussions and follow-ups ensuring clear documentation of timelines roles and deliverables across stakeholders and as a primary coordination contact for external vendors managing day-to-day communications monitoring progress data and creative approvals and escalating issues campaign implementation and execution ensuring operational steps are completed accurately and on campaign data validation and quality assurance processes including verifying segmentation logic audience splits and data accuracy prior to detailed data checks across channels ensuring consistency between data files creative outputs and deployment campaign performance data for anomalies flagging discrepancies and working with internal teams to resolve accurate campaign tracking and reporting files ensuring data integrity for analysis and future support for budget tracking and reconciliation coordinating invoices and assisting with financial tracking and reporting. Coordinate internal campaign communications ensuring stakeholders are informed of timelines deliverables and updates. Support donor service and fulfillment coordination working with vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution. Maintain and enhance team processes and documentation identifying opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and accuracy.
