What you will be doing:

• Uphold the highest standard of customer service by demonstrating and applying 5 Star service standards at all times.
• Consistently model professional engaging luxury 5-star service to the respective teams.
• Assist in the recruitment development and training of all Spa Attendants Nordic Attendants and Pool Attendants
• Ensure guest satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service is always the spas first priority
• Assist in the development and implementation of facility operations in line with luxury standards
• Ensure that all spa facilities treatment rooms pool area and retail areas in the hotel are in peak condition at all times (maintenance and cleanliness).
• Ensure service excellence through facility audits/evaluations and follow-up.
• Ensure effective and timely communication among all spa departments and throughout the hotel through weekly/monthly department communication meetings.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors including location product offering pricing promotions and sales techniques.
• Act as a Trainer where required and implement effective training plans for Spa Attendants Nordic Attendants and Pool Attendants.
• Review daily productivity and approve payroll.
• Ensure full understanding of spa operations and attend hotel operation meetings as required.
• Conduct development and performance management discussions as required in a timely manner.
• Offer support and supervision for all spa departments as required
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
• Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury spa or hospitality industry
• Minimum of 2 years experience in supervisory position in a spa or hospitality industry
• A passion for spa and wellness
• Diploma or Degree in hospitality or related field an asset
• Career-minded individual with strong personal initiative and a desire to achieve the departments vision and goals
• Highly organized results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure in a fast-paced changing environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal with a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Energetic individual who is able to prioritize to complete many diverse tasks concurrently
• Computer literacy in Office Word Excel
• Previous experience in booking software an asset
