As a Solutions Delivery Intern you are a highly motivated and eager individual with a strong interest in project management and technology. You are keen to learn the ropes of managing complex projects and contributing to the successful delivery of innovative products. Your strong communication skills eagerness to learn and commitment to continuous improvement make you a valuable asset to our organization. You thrive in collaborative environments and are excited to work alongside experienced professionals supporting them in streamlining processes and driving product initiatives.

What youll do:

In this role you will gain hands-on experience in the world of solutions delivery by supporting our Solutions Delivery Managers and cross-functional teams. You will assist in streamlining processes contribute to complex projects and gain exposure to the full technical operational business and market lifecycle of a feature or product from conception to release. Your responsibilities will include assisting with defining project scope supporting the management of timelines and ensuring smooth execution of tasks all while continuously learning and developing your skills.

The opportunity:

8 - 12 month work-term beginning January 2027.
Full-time paid internship: Monday - Friday37.5hrs/week.

How youll make an impact:

Support product initiatives throughout the product lifecycle gaining valuable insights into the journey from conception to release.
Assist in defining project scope goals and deliverables. Contribute to the creation and management of project timelines/schedules ensuring timely delivery of product milestones.
Provide support to complex projects and product initiatives involving coordination with multi-disciplinary teams at Geotab. Assist in facilitating effective communication aligning visions and ensuring accountability for required work/deliverables.
Assist in coordinating internal team activities and supporting project meetings. Help maintain detailed meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Contribute to establishing and maintaining project deliverables timelines and milestone updates for sponsors and key stakeholders.
Assist in analyzing project issues and developing solutions. Learn to anticipate potential problems and proactively address them.
Assist in gathering and documenting stakeholder requirements for specific products and translating requirements into detailed technical specifications.
Participate in post-mortem reviews post-product delivery or as required within the project delivery process.
Support project communication and reporting. Assist with project tracking and analysis. Contribute to communicating vital information to the project team and broader product teams.
Assist in preparing and presenting regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Engage in establishing best practices templates policies tools and partnerships to enhance organizational capabilities.
Maintenance Domain: Optimize vehicle availability while reducing the average duration required for repairs for our client base.

What youll bring to the role:

Currently pursuing a degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration Computer Science Engineering)
A strong interest in project/program management or product ownership within a technology organization.
Knowledge or a strong desire to learn about the high-technology industry.
Excellent academic record and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve and make well-judged decisions.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Able to work well under pressure and respond to changing priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal relationship-building skills.
A strong team player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.

This role offers an hourly pay range which is anticipated to be the range listed below. The actual pay for this position depends on a variety of factors such as but not limited to students academic program relevant experience and location. Geotab is committed to fair and equitable compensation and will share final details as part of the offer process. All offers of employment are contingent upon proof of eligibility to work for the duration of the internship and the individuals ability to pass a background check.
