Job Title: Solution Architect CRM (Intermediate)
Location: Toronto Ontario
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Must Have

• 10 years of IT experience in complex enterprise environments
• Experience leading enterprise-wide cloud & on-prem transformations
• Strong knowledge of Cloud adoption Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud platforms
• Proven experience in solution/enterprise architecture design (requirements solutioning technology selection)
• Experience with enterprise-grade tools platforms and services
• Strong stakeholder communication & leadership skills

Description

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end architecture solutions for enterprise initiatives
• Lead architecture for:
  • Driver Training System (DTS) implementation
  • RACS Modernization
  • Enterprise Work Management System (EWMS)
• Design and validate system integrations with enterprise platforms
• Define solution architectures models and strategies
• Provide technical leadership and oversight during implementation
• Conduct architecture assessments impact analysis and decision documentation
• Support procurement/vendor evaluation processes
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards & policies
• Participate in architecture review boards (EARB)
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues
• Drive innovation and modernization initiatives
