Location: Toronto ON
Work Style: Hybrid (2 days per week in-person at Toronto office preferred)

Role Descriptions:
End-to-End GenAI Architecture
Design scalable AI/GenAI solutions on Azure using AI Foundry Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search.
Agentic & Multi-Agent System Design
Architect advanced AI systems with LangChain/LangGraph enabling tool-calling routing memory and stateful workflows.
Reference Architecture Definition
Define reusable architectures for RAG conversational AI document processing copilots and decision-support systems.
LLM Orchestration Frameworks
Govern implementation of chains retrievers tools and graph-based workflows with best practices for modular orchestration.
Advanced Workflow Patterns
Establish patterns like supervisor-worker models branching logic and human-in-the-loop interactions.
Prompt Engineering & Evaluation Strategy
Standardize prompt design versioning testing regression and observability (logs traces metrics).
NLP & Language AI Leadership
Lead design of NLP solutions (classification summarization semantic search entity extraction) using Azure AI Language.
Python & AI Engineering Standards
Guide API/microservices architecture enforce coding standards and optimize performance cost and lifecycle management.
Enterprise Security & Governance
Ensure compliance with BFSI standards using Entra ID RBAC VNET private endpoints and Responsible AI practices.
Stakeholder Engagement & Pre-Sales
Drive workshops translate business needs into architectures/ADRs and support RFPs proposals and client solutioning.
