Build hire and grow a team of full-stack engineers working with on AWS

Youre a Multiplier
2 years leading engineers as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead
You measure success by how effective your team becomes
You take responsibility for outcomes not just execution
Strong Engineering Fundamentals
Hands-on experience with full-stack development
Production experience with and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Solid understanding of microservices distributed systems and SRE practices
Builders Mindset
Comfortable getting hands-on when neededwithout defaulting to it
Not afraid of legacy systems and motivated to improve or replace them
High bar for code quality testing and system design
Leadership Style
Clear direct communicator with empathy and conviction
Comfortable giving and receiving feedback
