Responsibilities

• Design build and deploy AI solutions that improve user experience and automate insurance workflows
  
• Leverage technologies like RAG semantic search and speech AI for real-time advisor-client interactions
  
• Collaborate across teams to integrate features analyze data and improve platform performance
  
• Ensure code quality cloud scalability cybersecurity and data privacy compliance
  
• Stay up to date with the latest in AI/ML and contribute to documentation testing and system optimization
  
• Design and develop AI models and algorithms to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our existing systems.
  
• Analyze large datasets to derive insights and inform decision-making processes.
  
• Ensure scalability and performance of AI applications within the cloud environment.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to AI and machine learning.
  
• Assist in the development testing and deployment of new features for our insurance platform.
  
• Support data analysis system integration and automation tasks to improve business processes.
  
• Participate in code reviews QA testing and product feedback sessions.
  
• Document technical processes and contribute to the improvement of internal systems.
  
• Assist in maintaining cybersecurity protocols and ensuring data privacy compliance.

Requirements

Proven experience as an AI Architect or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of successful AI projects

Proficiency in JavaScript and hands-on experience with frameworks/libraries such as React and

Experience working with big data technologies and frameworks like Apache Spark

Familiarity with cloud platformsespecially AWSfor deploying and managing AI solutions

Solid understanding of database design principles and best practices in data management
