Snowplow Operators Needed

Pay Range: $25 - $30 per hour with possible standby fee of $350 - $400 depending on contract

We are currently recruiting for the 2026/2027 winter season.

Operating a fleet of approximately 80 snowplows/salters ROA Inc. provides winter maintenance services all over the GTA and surrounding areas. Our drivers are experienced and professional and we are looking to increase our team!

Durham Region

Peel Region

City of Mississauga

Aurora

East Gwillimbury

Stouffville

Barrie

Square One Shopping Centre

Requirements:

Class DZ Drivers license

Supply Drivers Abstract and CVOR

Reliable transportation to get to and from work

Experience is preferred but not required training can be provided

Safety oriented

Reliable

Pre-job Orientation is required

May lead to year-round employment
