Snow Removal
Our Snow Removal team is a vital part of our operation ensuring the hotel is in great shape despite the heavy snowfall Whistler receives in the winter.
This is a full-time seasonal position starting in November/December 2026 and ending in April 2027.
Starting Rate of Pay: $21.60 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $27.85.
Job Duties Include:
- Clear and maintain hotel and clubhouse driveways parking lots all walkways and outdoor staircases
- Clear and maintain delivery ramps MacDonald terrace and the Woodlands terrace
- Clear and maintain golf course maintenance building driveway
- Consistently offer professional engaging and friendly service
Qualifications :
- Experience in using snow plows road sanders front end loaders and snow blowers
- Must have a valid BC Drivers Licence
- Must be physically fit
